I have tried to "reset" my password twice according to your instructions online. IT NEVER WORKS. It is something that is easily fixed if you would just fix your fucking system to allow people to "fix" simple problems instead of running them around in a meaningless circle that accomplishes nothing, not a fucking thing. I have given up on using your system to reset the password and your fucking website does not work properly when I do reset it according to your instructions.
